In collaboration with Eidgenössische Techinsche Hochschul/Paul Scherrer Institute Ion Beam Physics Department (ETH/PSI), NEC has developed a compact radio carbon AMS system based on the 500 kV tandem Pelletron and the NEC Multi-Cathode Source of Negatives by Cesium Sputtering (MC-SNICS).
