NEC manufactures a complete line of all metal and ceramic, bakeable beamline components for ion and electron beam systems.

These components, combined with NEC acceleration tubes and NEC all metal valves, provide a completely bakeable, contaminant-free vacuum system. They are standard on all NEC Pelletron® systems and are available to upgrade existing systems.
