NEC provides electrostatic and magnetic X and Y steerers for correcting the direction of the ion beams in a beamline. The size, strength, and type of steerers are dependent on the system design, the ions transported, and the estimated correction. Electrostatic steerers may be integrated into vacuum pump tee or other housings. All necessary power supplies and control cables are included.
