Systems

NEC has developed a number of standard systems for our common applications. The two common broad applications are Ion Beam Analysis (IBA) and Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS).

AMS Systems

NEC AMS Systems are dedicated to radiocarbon measurements in the fields of Groundwater analysis, Metabolite profiling, Microdosing, Atmospheric sciences, Oceanography, Nuclear waste management, Toxicology, Cosmogenic study, Astrophysics, Pharmacokinetics, and many more.

Material Studies

NEC has multiple standard systems to support materials research. This includes Ion Beam Analysis of samples in-vacuum, Ion Beam Analysis of samples in-air, implanters for semi-conductor research, and multi-beam systems for simulation radiation damage.
