NEC has made a commitment to power its manufacturing facility with solar energy provided by MGE’s Shared Solar program. The facility will be powered with community-based, sustainable energy. The 5-megawatt solar array in Middleton is expected to be online soon. Dr. Mark Sundquist, President, states “We are proud that we are manufacturing our product with clean energy. It is the right thing to do. It’s necessary to do.”
